Immunization Program and Clinic Schedule
Community Health Partners provides immunizations to children under the age of 18 through the Vaccines for Children (VFC) program. There is no charge for VFC immunizations for children who have no or limited insurance coverage for vaccines. However, donations are accepted. Recommended vaccines for all children include: DTaP, Polio, Hib, Hepatitis B, Prevnar, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis A and Influenza. See below for our current immunization schedule.
Available adult and travel vaccines include: Tetanus-Diphtheria and Pertussis boosters (T-DaP), Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Meningococcal, MMR, Polio, Typhoid and Varicella. There is a charge for adult vaccines. Please call in advance for Meningococcal, MMR, Polio and Varicella vaccinations as prepayment is required.
